Terms & Conditions 

Conditions of Occupancy

  • Occupancy starts and ends on the date shown on the receipt.
  • The guests will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guests together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the body corporate property.
  • The apartment must not be used for any  unlawful purpose.
  • Guests must only park cars in the designated areas.
  • Only the number of people shown on the receipt may stay in the apartment overnight.
  • Animals or pets are not to be brought onto the premises.
  • Neither the body corporate,the manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss or property that a guest may sustain while on the complex.
  • The by-laws,rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the manager must be complied with.
  • After receiving a warning or the occupancy ends or is terminated ,any guest who fails to comply must vacate the apartment.The manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any guests and removal of guests property.
  • No refund will be given for early departure.
  • The manager and the apartment owner's description of the premises are made in good faith and no responsibility for mis-description can be accepted. In the event of the guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less an administration fee,will only be made if more than 30 days notice is given.  Bookings cancelled 0 - 30 days will incurr full loss of monies. 
  • The guests authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise.
  • All bookings travelling between the 17th November to 2nd December will be required to pay a security bond. The bond will be refunded within 5 working days if the apartment is left in an acceptable condition on departure.

Tariffs on this website are used as a guide only and are subject to change without notice. No responsibility is accepted for any errors or omissions contained on this website. All photos on this website are provided as a guide only.

Deposit & Payment Terms
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking and must be paid within 7 days of making the booking. For bookings made under 30 days, full payment is required. A binding contract will only exist between you and the supplier when payment has been made by you and we have confirmed that a receipt and confirmation will be issued. If you fail to pay a deposit within 7 days, your booking will automatically cancel without notification to you.

Payment
The following credit cards will be accepted for payment: Visa, Bankcard & Mastercard.
Cheques and money orders may be used to pay your deposit by prior arrangement only. (applies to 30 day advance bookings only)
Final payment is required 14 days prior to arrival during low season and 30 days prior during mid and peak season.

Credit Card Security
b accommodated utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) including encryption to ensure the security of all online booking transactions.
This system is accepted internationally to encrypt all credit card payments over the web. You will receive instant notification should your browser not support this. Your credit card details are only used to pay for a travel booking and are not stored in our database. This information will never be supplied to a third party and will not be used for any other purpose.

Cancellation Charges
Bookings cancelled 0 - 30 days incur full loss of all money.
Bookings cancelled 30 days or more from arrival date will receive a refund of deposit less administration fee of $40.00.
If you wish to cancel or amend any booking made, you must contact us in writing.

Refunds
Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. These must be claimed through your travel insurance.

Facilities & Service Changes
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the description of rooms and facilities at each property is accurate, on occasion, these may be changed or taken out of service. b accommodated cannot be held liable for omissions or errors whether temporary or permanent of a property’s facilities and services. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard should this occur.

Quotations
All quotations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a deposit has been received.

Check In / Check out times
These vary according to operator, however, generally check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is a must for all holiday makers to ensure you are adequately covered for any losses incurred whilst you are away from home. It is essential that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfares but is not limited to the following: loss of deposit through cancellation, damage or loss to personal belongings, medical expenses etc.

Indemnity
You indemnify us and suppliers against any claim, demand, liability, damage, fines, loss or expense of any kind arising from but not limited to:

  • Your breach of the terms and conditions on this site.
  • The availability or quality of the services.
  • Any error or misdescription in information provided to us by suppliers.
  • Loss of, damage to or theft of property. Loss of life, injury or loss of enjoyment in connection with the services.
